2. Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Denmark, and Sweden. For other countries, please contact us for assistance.

3. Shipping Methods

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $69! For other orders, shipping costs vary and are specified at checkout. We use carriers such as USPS, UPS, YANWEN, and others. Please note that specific carrier requests cannot be accommodated.

By default, we use Standard Shipping (10-20 days). If you need Express Shipping (5-10 days), please contact customer support at [email protected].

4. Order Processing and Tracking

Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours on weekdays. Weekend orders are shipped the following Monday. We prioritize shipping from the closest warehouse. If items are out of stock, shipments from our China warehouse may take up to one week to fulfill.
